SureTest partnered with SIH to provide test automation as a managed service for their EHR (Epic). SureTest’s solution included automating high-value and regularly executed test case scenarios within nine months of project kick-off. SIH was able to leverage automation for the first quarterly Epic update received while we were in the script development phase. The implementation project is now complete, and SIH is receiving continual smoke and regression testing of their key clinical and revenue cycle workflows that populate downstream systems. Since our partnership began, SureTest has been SIH’s turnkey partner for every quarterly Epic update. As a managed service, SureTest provides daily maintenance on the automation to keep them current with system changes.
