As president and chief operating officer at SureTest, Mark is responsible for the operations of the company. He brings more than 30 years of professional and IT services experience in the healthcare industry to SureTest. His experience and leadership have been focused on developing and delivering innovative business services and solutions, providing excellent client service, and driving profitable revenue growth.
Before founding SureTest, Mark was an owner and the chief operating officer of Santa Rosa Consulting, Inc. During his tenure at Santa Rosa, he also served as an executive vice president responsible for the EHR business unit. Mark, along with other firm executives, developed the strategic initiative and managed the process that executed a Management Buyout (MBO) of Santa Rosa and ultimately the sale of select Santa Rosa assets to a $130 million NASDAQ-listed company serving the healthcare industry.
Before joining Santa Rosa, Mark served as partner and practice director for the health plan business unit of Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), a $16 billion Fortune 500 company. Prior to CSC, Mark served as the vice president and chief operating officer for the health plan business unit of First Consulting Group, Inc. (FCG), a $300 million NASDAQ-listed company serving the healthcare industry. Before joining FCG, Mark was a manager in the healthcare practice for Accenture.
Mark is a member of Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS). Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Florida.
