Christopher Scanzera

Christopher Scanzera is the vice president and chief information officer at AtlantiCare, southeastern New Jersey’s largest healthcare organization.

Christopher collaborates with leaders to deliver information technologies to expand and transform the continuum of care management, revenue cycle, analytics, infrastructure, business continuity, cybersecurity, population health, digital health, and innovation.

Previously, Christopher held leadership positions at PwC and Deloitte Consulting, supporting leading healthcare organizations in strategic information system planning, IT operations and program management, and information system lifecycle management.

He formerly taught information technology at Columbia University and Stockton University.

Christopher’s expertise has been featured in the Wall Street Journal Online, Modern Healthcare, Healthcare IT News, Becker’s Health IT, and HealthSystemCIO.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Florida International University, a Master of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University, and a Master of Science in Technology Management from Columbia University. He is a member of HIMSS and CHIME.

Christopher serves as a volunteer national board member of Premier Healthcare Alliance’s Member Technology Improvement Committee.
