Overview
SureTest, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ClickUp Administrator to manage and optimize our ClickUp workspace. This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience administering project management platforms and a passion for process improvement, reporting, and data visualization.
The ClickUp Administrator will be responsible for maintaining workspace configurations, managing dashboards, and ensuring the platform supports team productivity across departments. Candidates should have strong organizational skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to translate business needs into efficient workflows.
This is a full-time, remote position, and candidates should have prior experience working in a home office environment, including the ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and maintain a dedicated workspace with reliable internet.
Key Responsibilities
Configuration & Workspace Management
- Design and maintain the structure of Spaces, Folders, Lists, and Views.
- Configure and manage ClickApps including Automations, Time Tracking, and Custom Fields.
- Enforce naming conventions, workspace standards, and governance policies.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls across the platform.
- Integrate ClickUp with third-party tools (e.g., Slack, GitHub, HubSpot) to streamline workflows.
Dashboard Development & Maintenance
- Build and customize dashboards using widgets for task tracking, time reporting, and project KPIs.
- Maintain dashboard templates and ensure consistency across teams.
- Configure filters, date ranges, and data sources for accurate reporting.
- Audit and optimize dashboards for performance, relevance, and usability.
- Manage dashboard access, visibility, and guest permissions.
Strategic Support & Documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs and build client-specific dashboards.
- Provide training and onboarding support for new users and teams.
- Maintain documentation for dashboard usage, terminology, and best practices.
- Monitor ClickUp updates and advocate for new features or improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
Platform & Domain Experience
- Proven experience administering ClickUp or a comparable project management platform (Asana, Monday, Jira, etc.).
- Background in technical infrastructure, IT operations, or similar environments.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and sprint reporting.
Technology Skills
- Strong understanding of dashboard design, data visualization, and reporting.
- Familiarity with automation tools, integrations, and system governance.
- Experience with scripting or API integrations a plus.
Soft Skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support diverse teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing.
